Peter Ryks formed the company in 1984 after several years as a Land Inspector in the provincial government.  As a member of Appraisal Institute of Canada with an AACI, P.App designation, Peter currently serves as Chairperson of the Prince George Chapter and has spent about ten years as a Director on the Board of the BC Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

 Donna Michels, CRA is a residential appraiser serving the Cluculz Lake to Burns Lake region.  Born and raised on a local farm, Donna brings extensive rural and agricultural experience to her position.

Robert Bradley, CRA has considerable residential experience in Prince George.  Robert is also an article student working towards his senior commercial appraisal designation.  He completes commercial and industrial valuation assignments in the city with Peter.
